Connie Laguardia, Founder & Principal

Founder Connie Laguardia is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the in-building wireless industry.  She began +10dB when she recognized the key pain point clients feel is the sheer complexity and number of moving pieces involved in a successful in-buidling wireless deployment.  Having worked across a variety of roles throughout her career, from engineering and sales to site development, Connie recognized that a single point of contact was key to the success of any DAS deployment.  With that in mind, Connie has taken her expertise and applied them here, creating a unified company that provides clients with one point of contact for an in-building wireless deployment.  From site surveys to commissioning to on-going 24x7 support, +10dB is the smarter solution.

 

Connie began her career designing initial rollout CDMA networks for Sprint across multiple markets.  Connie has held a variety of engineering, sales and site development positions in the DAS industry including Director of Engineering for Corning MobileAccess, Account Manager for Intenna Systems, and Contract In-Building Site Acquisition Specialist for Verizon Wireless.  Connie holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland, an FCC GROL LIcense, and is OEM certified by multiple DAS vendors.
